Davranış kurallarımız, Leonidas.studio’nun oyunları nasıl yaptığını ve oyunculara, iş ortaklarına ve birbirimize nasıl davrandığını yönlendiren ilkeleri açıklar.

İlkelerimiz

Dürüstlük, saygı ve zanaatle üretiriz. Kendimize yüksek bir çıta koyar, işimizi sahiplenir ve daha zor olduğunda bile oyuncular için doğru olanı yaparız.

Adil Oyun ve Oyuncu Güveni

Dürüst deneyimler tasarlarız. Aldatıcı kalıplar kullanmaz ve oyunlarımızın nasıl çalıştığı konusunda şeffaf davranırız. Oyuncu güveni her gün yeniden kazanılır, asla hafife alınmaz.

Sorumlu Para Kazanımı

Satın almalar açık, isteğe bağlı ve adil fiyatlıdır. Genç ve kırılgan oyuncuları korur, manipülatif mekaniklerden kaçınır ve kimse harcama yapmadan önce değeri açıkça ortaya koyarız.

Gizlilik ve Veri

Yalnızca ihtiyacımız olanı toplar, onu özenle korur ve oyuncu tercihlerine saygı gösteririz. Veri uygulamalarımız KVKK aydınlatma metnimize ve ilgili mevzuata uygundur.

Kapsayıcılık ve Saygı

Her geçmişten oyuncuyu ve takım arkadaşını ağırlarız. Taciz, ayrımcılık ve nefretin oyunlarımızda, topluluğumuzda veya stüdyomuzda yeri yoktur.

Endişeleri Bildirme

Bir şey doğru gelmiyorsa — bir oyunda, toplulukta ya da iş yerinde — bize söyleyin. hello@leonidas.studio adresine yazın. Her bildirimi ciddiye alır ve iyi niyetle endişe dile getirenleri koruruz.

Our code of conduct describes the principles that guide how Leonidas.studio makes games and treats players, partners, and one another.

Our Principles

We build with integrity, respect, and craft. We hold ourselves to a high bar, take ownership of our work, and do what is right for players even when it is harder.

Fair Play & Player Trust

We design honest experiences. We do not use deceptive patterns, and we are transparent about how our games work. Player trust is earned every day and never taken for granted.

Responsible Monetization

Purchases are clear, optional, and fairly priced. We protect younger and vulnerable players, avoid manipulative mechanics, and make value obvious before anyone spends.

Privacy & Data

We collect only what we need, protect it carefully, and respect player choices. Our data practices follow our KVKK notice and applicable law.

Inclusion & Respect

We welcome players and teammates of every background. Harassment, discrimination, and hate have no place in our games, our community, or our studio.

If something does not feel right — in a game, the community, or the workplace — tell us. Email hello@leonidas.studio. We take every report seriously and protect those who raise concerns in good faith.
